What is the truth behind what every woman thinks? A lot of the male populace would really like the answer to that. As a writer, it's my job to answer it. My heroine can seem strong, daring and empowered on the outside. But, inside? Has she been hurt by the past? Is she hiding a secret crush and is actually to afraid to speak up for one reason or another? What is she hiding behind her sassy attitude? The truth is some times she just wants to be treated like she is the only girl in the world. That means the hero hiding his own issues and emotions, has to step up, put every thought aside and just treasure her like the world is ending and they are the only two left.
